Julian from the start delivered a personable service that I have not received from any lender in the past. He remembered he too was human and worked smart to building a good rapport with me by doing the simplest of things: when asking for all the private info they needed he had a simple question to ask which was who was my favourite artist at the time. Now if that doesnt scream great Customer Service or CSR of the Year well I dont know what will. He kept everything simple and REAL and I felt like we had dealt with him throughout our entire lending life. After making a number inquires to other lending companies to find out their interest rates as well as to find out how much money I could lend, I came across The Lending Room on the internet.
I had nothing but problems from these other lending companies. Their customer service was well below standard even the banks were very hard to understand. But I have to say the people at The Lending Room were so helpful from day one. I had regular updates on how my loan was coming along, as well as courteous phone calls to give me updates.
